Cancellation & Rescheduling
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require at least 24 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment or a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost of the scheduled service will be charged.
Arriving late may limit the time available for your service. Guests who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule and will be charged 25% of the cost of the scheduled service. If you do not show you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service that will be expected to be paid prior to any future appointments.
Children
While I adore children, I ask that they only be present when they have their own appointment. It is my goal that the environment in the salon allows for the opportunity to relax.
Payment
I accept cash check and most major credit cards. Payment is due in full at time of service. No exceptions!
